Your bag will have the same style, quality, and beautiful craftsmanship. Also, you can choose the inner lining color from available color options.

Each bag is made using carefully selected fabrics and finished with attention to detail. We focus on creating stylish, durable pieces that you can enjoy every day.

To keep your bag looking its best, gently clean with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing and prolonged exposure to moisture.

We ship all orders using Royal Mail. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after your order has been dispatched.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details

If your bag arrives and it is faulty, please send us a photo illustrating the fault at email  Upon verification, we will dispatch a replacement bag to you. However, we kindly request that you cover the postage costs for the replacement.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may have cancellation and return rights under applicable consumer law.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be:

• Returned with all original packaging and tags (where applicable).
• Free from signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
