Damage & Replacement Policy
At BlingBags, every bag is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in patterns, colours, and stitching may occur and are not considered defects.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at bling_bags@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement.
Replacement items will only be provided for products that are damaged during delivery or have a manufacturing defect.
Customers are responsible for any postage costs required to send the replacement item.
