At BlingBags, every bag is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Because each BlingBag is handcrafted and made with unique fabrics, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or minor variations in colour, pattern, or stitching. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and make every bag unique.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process your request, please email us at bling_bags@yahoo.com with:

  • Your order numberClear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
  • Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement.

Customers are responsible for the postage cost of the replacement item unless otherwise required by applicable law.
